Singer set to appear despite contract by 101 News Portal
Even though 19 Entertainment deprived of Skylar Laine authorization to perform Saturday at Flowood Family celebration and Brandon Day, she won’t expend the final night of her brief trip home rounded up on the couch.

Her mom, Mary Harden, said they submitted an application for Skylar to achieve at both events and 19 Entertainment “kind of waited pending the midnight hour to tell us no.”
Harden added: “We had no managed over it.”
“Anytime you’re commerce with contracts like Skylar has with 19 Entertainment, it can be hard,” said Greg Wilcox, parks and leisure director in Flowood. “We’re just conceited to have her – a Rankin County girl – with us at all. Sure, we’d all worship to hear her sing. But the previous thing we want to do is obstruct with her contract and put at risk her future.”
Said Brandon Mayor Tim Coulter: “It’s enormous to have Skylar here. I think the previous time Brandon has this sort of concentration was when Mary Ann Mobley won Miss America in 1959.”
19 Entertainment is proprietor and producer of Idol, the hit TV show on Fox now in its 11th period. It permitted Skylar to sing the nationwide anthem prior to Thursday night’s Mississippi Braves game.
